Description

Give yourself the confidence to act when it matters most. This practical first aid course is designed for families to attend with children aged 10 and over, helping everyone learn how to respond calmly and safely in everyday emergencies. You willl gain essential skills to treat common injuries at home, including bleeds, burns, and basic CPR, and learn how to recognise when it is time to seek professional medical help. The course also covers how to maintain a first aid box, so you are always prepared. Support your family's safety with practical knowledge that could make a real difference.  

What will I learn?
Learn, practise and discuss. Simple first aid at home. When to call for help. Health risks around the home. What is in your First Aid box. Basic resuscitation techniques (CPR).

What will I need to take part?
Please bring glasses if needed. Wear loose fitting clothes. There is no creche provision.
