Description

Slow down, relax and reconnect with your creativity in this gentle four-week introduction to mindful art. This course invites you to explore art-making as a form of mindfulness; focusing on the process rather than the finished piece. Through a series of guided exercises, you will experiment with different materials, including watercolours, inks and simple drawing tools. Using mark making, colour, and texture, you'll learn how creative practice can help quiet the mind, encourage presence and support wellbeing. No previous art experience is needed, just a willingness to experiment and take time for yourself. This course is perfect for beginners, anyone interested in mindfulness and wellbeing, or those looking for a calm, creative space to unwind.
