Description

Hormonal changes have a significant impact on sleep quality, energy levels and overall wellbeing. This supportive three-week online course is designed to help you understand what's happening in your body and explore practical, evidence-informed strategies to improve your sleep. Across three 1.5 hour sessions, we'll explore the connection between hormones and sleep, common sleep disruptions during perimenopause and menopause, and realistic tools to help you rest better and feel more in control. This is a friendly, informative space where you can learn, reflect and share experiences (if you wish) with others going through similar changes. Facilitated by a qualified sleep expert, you'll leave the course with a clearer understanding of your sleep patterns and some tools and strategies to try at home.
