Description

During this course you will explore three key areas related to Mental health to improve your understanding and develop practical skills to support your wellbeing. They are designed to promote preventative skills, and not a treatment for crisis or mental health difficulties for which medical help should be sought. But if youd like to learn more about mental health and taking care of it, these sessions intend to provide a helpful starting point.

In our first session we begin by learning about mental health and some of the key fundamentals that we need to be aware of as well as identifying some techniques to help develop and maintain your mental health.

Next we move on to developing an understanding of stress, what it is, and strategies to help you manage, including identifying your personal stress management helpers.

Finally you will gain an understanding of emotional awareness and how you can develop an own awareness of your emotions for supporting yourself and also relationships with other people.
