Description

You should have completed parts 1 and 2 to join this 10 week part 3. Come and learn foundation skills and techniques to get your playing and improving on your acoustic guitar. Play and learn within a small friendly group and enjoy learning modern and classic songs to play on your own and with others. For best results, come ready to practise between sessions! Course aim
Provide skills for learners to learn songs all the way through using a variety of techniques and applied theory knowledge as well as introduce new ideas and techniques to add to their practice.

Course Outcomes
1) Play 2 songs fully all the way through 2) Learn how to play songs on your own 3) Create and use a cheat sheet 4) Explain and use arpeggiating technique

Presentation and handouts with practical musical examples taken from a wide range of styles.

Acoustic guitar, plectrums, stationery and notebook.
