Description

Continue developing your beginner level skills in speaking and listening. This course follows on from French Conversation Beginners Part 1.  

Course description
To use the grammar and structures from previous courses to move forward, immerse oneself in target language and increase vocabulary, fluency, comprehension and confidence.

Course outcomes
1) Identify and bridge some gaps in grammatical knowledge 2) Converse using tenses and giving options about different everyday events in target language 3) Identify the main points of a magazine, news article or equivalent style and listening passages. Such texts may be taken from sources intended for native speaker audience although vocabulary support will be given

How will the course be taught?
Sessions to be led by a Tutor, with focus on group work and conversation.

Could I gain a certificate?
Year 3 French or equivalent.

What do I need to bring?
Pen, paper and dictionary. Text book may be advised by the Tutor during first lesson.
