Course aim
The aim of the course is to provide member of the workplace with knowledge, skills and tips on how to support their well-being within the workplace. Session will be delivered tailored to the workplace enviroment that will allow learners to acquire strategies to help them support with their mental health and well-being improving their personal health and workplace productivity.

Course outcomes
a) To understand what mindfulness is. b) To recognise and identify the benefitsof mindfulness. c) To identify and begin to use some mindfulness activities that you hope to use beyond the session.

How will the course be taught?
The session will be delivered in a face to face setting.

What do I need to bring / have ready?
All resources needed for the session will be provided however you may wish to bring a notepad and pen to take notes.
