What to expect
This course is delivered in a face to face setting. This course is a FREE course funded by Multiply which is designed to develop confidence and skills in adults and learners.

Where can it lead to?
Feeling confident with numbers helps in every aspect of life, from measuring food ingredients, mixing hair dye and checking invoices, to helping the children with their homework or even setting up in business. There is no such thing as someone who 'can do maths' and someone who cannot. It's learning in the right way for you that will help you get on in life. This could be applying for a new job, improving career prospects, budgeting at home, helping the kids or saving for the future. You don't need to become a maths expert to do this. With the current increase in the cost of living, it adds up that now is time to improve your own skills in working with numbers. Those who improve their numeracy skills are more likely to be in employment, have higher wages and better wellbeing. This course may open up other Maths opportunities for you including other Maths courses such as Functional Skills Maths.
